Yes who am I -

It took you a while,
to realise
the sanctity
and then, just when things
were a little bit sour you said
hold on hold onto me

So I'm walking alone
along an alleyway
dragging a cigarette
and I glance
bodies in bags dressed in hightail rags
and I
Hold tight to my sanity

Yes who am I
to be free from fear actually
who are you not to be
And is not wise
to live vibrantly, expressing love
and sharing life
best that you can, that you can ....ni ..o

Decisions easy made,
but they're oh so damned hard to regret
and the words that you said
fuelled the fire in their heads
and they scream
hold onto me hold onto hold,
